Abstract
Dispositivo para observar el interior de un cuerpo, que comprende: un grupo de fibras (300) unidas una al lado de la otra, destinado a recorrer una parte interior del cuerpo, que comprende un extremo exterior o proximal y un extremo en el interior del cuerpo o extremo distal, formando dicho grupo de fibras una guía de imagen cuyos extremos están ordenados en el mismo orden a los dos extremos respectivamente interior y exterior de dicho grupo de fibras, unos medios (110, 115) del lado proximal para emitir un haz de iluminación previsto para ser encaminado a través del grupo de fibras desde el extremo exterior o proximal hacia una zona del cuerpo a observar, unos medios (200) del lado proximal para barrer el extremo exterior o proximal del grupo de fibras con este haz de iluminación siendo estos medios de barrido mandados para imprimir unas desviaciones angulares sucesivas al haz de iluminación de manera que dirijan sucesivamente el extremo exterior o proximal de cada fibra o conjunto de fibras hacia el seno del grupo de fibras que forman la guía de imagen, de manera que formen en el extremo interior o distal de dicha fibra una fuente luminosa secundaria en un momento dado, desplazándose dicha fuente luminosa secundaria sucesivamente de una fibra a la otra, unos medios del lado distal para extraer un haz retrodifundido que proviene de la zona iluminada y conducirlo a través del grupo de fibras hacia unos medios del lado proximal para recibir dicho haz retrodifundido, unos medios para producir a partir del haz retrodifundido recibido una imagen de la zona iluminada, y unos medios para mandar los medios de emisión luminosa y los medios de barrido, y que cooperan con los medios de producción de imagen, caracterizado porque comprende además unos medios (L1, L2, L3, L4, L5) para formar un plano de imagen conjugado de la zona iluminada en el interior del cuerpo, así como un orificio de filtración (600) para filtrar espacialmente el haz retrodifundido recibido, estando el orificio situado corriente arriba de los medios de producción de imagen en el plano de imagen conjugado de la zona iluminada en el interior del cuerpo y dispuesto de manera que sólo a la luz retrodifundida salida del extremo inferior o proximal de la fibra dirigida en un momento dado es tratada por dichos medios de producción de imagen.
