Abstract

Sistema de regulación automática de contrapresión en circuitos dispensadores de bebidas saturables, consistente en un circuito con armario refrigerador dimensionado para contener un solo barril, en el cual, la línea de conexión del gas de impulsión de la bebida, está configurada por múltiples líneas individuales conectadas por sus extremos a sendos colectores comunes de entrada y salida, e incorporan sendas electroválvula de corte que, precedida de un regulador de presión, está controlada por un termostato cuya sonda está situada en el conducto de salida del barril, detectando la temperatura de salida del producto para que, al calibrar cada regulador de presión escalonadamente, sea posible obtener tantos niveles de contrapresión como líneas existen y coincidiendo el valor prefijado en cada una de ellas, con la correspondiente a la presión de saturación de la temperatura que detecta la sonda termostática.
