Abstract

Procedimiento para el secado de elementos decorativos y secadero para la práctica de dicho procedimiento. Comprende someter las piezas húmedas a su salida de molde a la acción del calor a diferentes valores de la temperatura en consonancia con el grado de humedad de las piezas a su paso por unas zonas formadas por un horno de secado tipo túnel. Dichas zonas definen unas precámaras en la parte superior interna del túnel, que disponen de medios para la generación, aplicación e impulso de aire caliente a las piezas a secar. Las piezas a secar se disponen en unos soportes metálicos destinados a ubicarse sobre unas vagonetas que los trasladarán al interior del horno túnel a una velocidad predeterminada y sobre un camino de hierro que comprende un tramo rectilíneo interior al horno y un tramo rectilíneo exterior en funciones de vía de retorno, definiendo un circuito cerrado y un desplazamiento continuo de las vagonetas, incluyendo su paso por estaciones de carga de las piezas a secar y de descarga de las piezas ya secadas. Aplicable a la eliminación progresiva y controlada de la humedad en piezas tras su moldeo, con automatización de las operaciones.
