Abstract

Método para separar material tipo lodo y agua en un recipiente, dicho material tipo lodo teniendo una masa específica que se aproxima a la masa específica del agua, método en el que una suspensión, que incluye agua y lodo, es hecha pasar a través de dicho recipiente, caracterizado por el hecho de que una corriente verticalmente ascendente de burbujas de aire finamente divididas es alimentada a través de la suspensión de lodo en el recipiente (6; 24-27), y que una corriente conteniendo fluido empobrecido de agua y enriquecido con lodo es derivada fuera de la sección inferior del recipiente.
