Abstract
Dispositivo para el espesamiento o desagüe de lodos, sedimentos de aguas o similares, particularmente de lodos excedentes de instalaciones de depuración, de las siguientes características: - una bomba (10) excéntrica de hélice de dos o más velocidades, a cuya conexión de aspiración se alimenta lodo (28) fino, - un tornillo (14) sin fin de transporte dispuesto a continuación de la bomba excéntrica de hélice, accionado por el mismo eje (18) que la bomba (10) excéntrica de hélice, y que presenta un dispositivo de separación en su carcasa (16) para la separación de lodo y líquido, - el dispositivo de separación, provisto de una salida (26) de materia filtrada y de una salida de lodo espeso, y - la salida de materia filtrada, prevista en el lado de corriente del dispositivo de separación, y la salida de lodo espeso, prevista en el extremo opuesto del dispositivo de separación o del tornillo (14) sin fin de transporte, caracterizado porque - en la zona de aspiración de la bomba (10) excéntrica dehélice y/o en la unión entre la bomba excéntrica de hélice y el tornillo sin fin de transporte está dispuesto un dispositivo (30, 32) de alimentación para un agente de floculación, y - el accionamiento del eje está dispuesto en el extremo del tornillo sin fin de transporte.
