本发明公开了一种加强密封效果的单螺杆泵,包括依次连接的电机、转轴仓、吸入室、转子室和压出室,吸入室的壳体、转轴仓的壳体和转子室的壳体三者一体成型,转轴仓内设有转轴,转轴由电机驱动,吸入室设有物料吸入口和绕轴,转子室内设有转子和定子,转子与定子互相啮合,压出室设有物料压出口,所述转轴与转子通过绕轴连接,所述转轴和绕轴均为螺旋体结构。本发明在工作过程中不易产生变形、位移,密封性效果好;本发明吸力强,可输送各种粘度流体,具有推广使用价值。

一种加强密封效果的单螺杆泵
技术领域
本发明涉及单螺杆泵技术领域,特别是涉及一种加强密封效果的单螺杆泵。
背景技术
螺杆泵是一种新型的输送液体的机械,具有结构简单、工作安全可靠、使用维修方便、出液连续均匀、压力稳定等优点,螺杆泵可以输送润滑油、燃油、各种油类及高分子聚合物、黏稠液体等。但目前的单螺杆泵,其吸入室、转子室和转轴仓都是分体设置的,一般通过法兰连接,再配合密封圈实现密封,密封圈存在老化的问题,从而导致漏液的情况,不仅浪费能源,还会造成环境污染,而且目前常见的单螺杆泵大多吸力差,输送高粘度流体时效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题,提供了一种密封性更好、吸力更强的单螺杆泵,所采用技术方案为:一种加强密封效果的单螺杆泵,包括依次连接的电机、转轴仓、吸入室、转子室和压出室,吸入室的壳体、转轴仓的壳体和转子室的壳体三者一体成型,转轴仓内设有转轴,转轴由电机驱动,吸入室设有物料吸入口和绕轴,转子室内设有转子和定子,转子与定子互相啮合,压出室设有物料压出口,所述转轴与转子通过绕轴连接,所述转轴和绕轴均为螺旋体结构。
本发明中,吸入室、转轴仓和转子室三者一体成型,三者之间的同心度稳定,工作过程中不易产生变形、位移,密封性效果好;本发明吸力强,可输送各种粘度流体,具有推广使用价值。

如图1 所示的一种加强密封效果的单螺杆泵,一种加强密封效果的单螺杆泵,包括依次连接的电机1、转轴仓2、吸入室3、转子室4 和压出室5,吸入室3 的壳体、转轴仓2 的壳体和转子室4 的壳体三者一体成型,转轴仓2 内设有转轴21,转轴21 由电机1 驱动,吸入室3 设有物料吸入口31 和绕轴32,转子室4 内设有转子41 和定子42,转子41 与定子42 互相啮合,压出室5 设有物料压出口51,所述转轴21 与转子41 通过绕轴32 连接,所述转轴21 和绕轴32 均为螺旋体结构。
本发明在使用时,转轴仓内的转轴在电机的驱动下转动,并通过绕轴的作用带动转子转动产生吸力,将需要输送的液体从吸入室的物料吸入口吸入,经转子室进入压出室,最后从压出室的物料压出口排出。

1.一种加强密封效果的单螺杆泵,包括电机、转轴仓、吸入室、转子室和压出室,其特征在于:所述电机、转轴仓、吸入室、转子室和压出室依次连接,所述吸入室的壳体、转轴仓的壳体和转子室的壳体三者一体成型,转轴仓内设有转轴,转轴由电机驱动,吸入室设有物料吸入口和绕轴,转子室内设有转子和定子,转子与定子互相啮合,压出室设有物料压出口,所述转轴与转子通过绕轴连接,所述转轴和绕轴均为螺旋体结构。
