Abstract

El Test Rápido para diagnóstico de N, P y K en plantas es un método eficaz y simple que nos permite realizar una aproximación semi-cuantitativa del estado nutricional de un cultivo. Para ello, se requieren algunas tomas de muestras foliares durante su ciclo biológico y poder así determinar las necesidades, o excesos, de nutrientes del cultivo. El test consta de una caja que contiene cinco tubos de ensayo con los reactivos (difenilamina, acido sulfúrico, Molibdato amónico, ácido clorhídrico, cloruro de estaño, cobalto nitrito sódico, nitrito sódico, ácido acético y etanol) una tabla patrón de colores para lectura de resultados y un manual de instrucciones. El manejo es muy simple y en unos minutos nos permite conocer de forma rápida el contenido de N, P y K de las plantas analizadas.
