Primeramente se mezcla la margarina con el azúcar y se amasa, a continuación se incorporan los huevos, la vainilla, la sal y el bicarbonato y se vuelve a amasar bien hasta conseguir una mezcla nuevamente homogénea, a la que seguidamente se añade la harina, se mezcla de nuevo y finalmente se aportan los gránulos de chocolate, amasando de nuevo hasta la homogeneidad. Finalmente se lamina la masa, se individualiza en porciones y se congela o se cuece en función de que sea suministrada semi-elaborada o elaborada al consumidor.Edible cookie and procedure to obtain it.
