Abstract
Método para control de suspensión neumática de vehículos, que realiza las funciones de : A) Mantenimiento constante de la altura de la plataforma durante la circulación del vehículo, mediante una válvula niveladora principal. B) Ajuste manual de la altura de la plataforma, con el vehículo parado, para ponerla a nivel con el muelle de carga, mediante una función sube-baja manual. C) Limitación de la altura máxima a la que puede elevarse la plataforma cuando se utiliza la función (B) de ajuste manual, para proteger los órganos de la suspensión del vehículo, mediante una válvula limitadora de altura; y siendo también capaz de llevar a cabo la función de: E) Retorno automático del sistema a la función (A) de altura de circulación, por medio de una válvula eléctrica gobernada por una señal eléctrica generada cuando un parámetro de control opcional particular es activado, caracterizado por que este método combina las funciones A), B), C), y E) anteriores con la siguiente función: D) mantenimiento constante de cualquier valor de la altura de la plataforma previamente seleccionado mediante la función sube-baja manual (B) sobre el nivel respecto al muelle de carga durante todo el proceso de carga o descarga, independientemente de la situación de carga del vehículo, por medio de una válvula secundaria de nivelación soportada por otros dispositivos por medios mecánicos-neumáticos.
