Abstract

La invención se refiere a procedimientos y a composiciones de proteínas UNC-5 de vertebrados, que funciona como proteínas receptoras de las netrinas, una familia de proteínas de regulación celular. La invención se refiere finalmente a agentes de enlace específicos de la UNC-5 de vertebrados como anticuerpos específicos, aí como a procedimientos de fabricación y de utilización de dichas composiciones en el diagnóstico, la terapia y la industria biofarmacéutica.
