Abstract

Método para la regulación del flujo y concentración de gases en cámaras de desverdización de frutas, y dispositivo para la regulación del flujo de gases correspondiente. Mediante un recipiente de una capacidad predeterminada que recibe el gas a la presión de alimentación, se actúa sobre las válvulas de entrada/salida de modo que existe comunicación entre alimentación y recipiente o entre éste y la cámara exterior, pero no entre alimentación y cámara, repitiéndose el proceso a intervalos regulares en función de los parámetros requeridos. De aplicación industrial en la fabricación e instalación de medios de regulación del flujo de gas.
