Abstract

Un procedimiento para la fabricación de oxalato de (1R, 2R- ciclohexanodiamina)-platino (II) que consiste en proceder según las siguientes etapas. a- Tratar una solución acuosa de una sal neutra de elevada pureza óptica de (1R, 2R)- ciclohexanodiamina, b- La solución acuosa resultante de la etapa "a" se mezcla con una solución acuosa de tetraiodoplatinito de potasio(I{sub,4} PtK {sub,2}), obteniéndose(1R, 2R)- ciclohexanodiaminadiiodoplatino (II) (compuesto D) que precipita y se separa por filtración. c- El compuesto D se suspende en agua destilada apirógena y se trata con una solución acuosa de nitrato de plata obtenida empleando agua destilada apirógena, calentando y agitando durante todo el tiempo necesario para transformar todo el iodo del compuesto D en ioduro de plata. La mezcla resultante se enfría y se filtra. d- A la solución acuosa de nitrato de (1R, 2R)-ciclohexanodiamindiacuoplatino (II) se le agrega, un exceso de solución acuosa de oxalato de potasio, cristalizando el productofinal, oxalato (1R, 2R-ciclohexanodiamina) platino (II), e- Separar el oxalato de (1R, 2R-ciclohexanodiamina) platino (II) cristalizado en la etapa (d).
