Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Un proceso para preparar derivados antineoplásicos neutros de platino (II) grado farmacéutico con un contenido de plata menor o igual a 3 ppm caracterizado porque comprende: a) proveer una cantidad pesada de complejo cis-diiodo Pt (II), b) realizar la titulacion de una muestra de dicho complejo cis-diiodo Pt (II) con una solucion de plata para determinar la cantidad estequiométrica de plata necesaria para hacer reaccionar dicho complejo cis-diiodo Pt (II), c) agregar a dicho complejo cis-diiodo Pt (II) del paso ôaö una cantidad estequiométrica de solucion de plata, dejar reaccionar con agitacion, y decantar, d) determinar la presencia de plata remanente en el sobrenadante del paso ôcö, e) opcionalmente agregar complejo cis-diiodo de Pt (II) para neutralizar los iones plata que pudieran quedar remanentes detectados en el paso ôdö, f) filtrar eliminando ioduro de plata solido y agregar al filtrado una solucion acuosa de ligando.Claim 1: A process for preparing neutral antineoplastic derivatives of pharmaceutical grade platinum (II) with a silver content less than or equal to 3 ppm characterized in that it comprises: a) providing a heavy amount of cis-diiode complex Pt (II), b) perform the titration of a sample of said cis-diiode Pt (II) complex with a silver solution to determine the stoichiometric amount of silver necessary to react said cis-diiode Pt (II) complex, c) add to said cis-complex Pt (II) diode of step ôaö a stoichiometric amount of silver solution, allow to react with stirring, and decant, d) determine the presence of remaining silver in the supernatant of step ôcö, e) optionally add cis-diode complex of Pt ( II) to neutralize the silver ions that could remain remnants detected in the ôdö step, f) filter removing solid silver iodide and add an aqueous ligand solution to the filtrate.
