Abstract

Sistema para el despliegue de barreras de contención en instalaciones de carga y descarga de barcos petroleros y similares. Partiendo de la utilización de cualquier tipo de barrera convencional para contención de vertidos, el sistema de la invención se basa en la incorporación de dos sectores físicamente independientes (4 - 4'') que, asociados por uno de sus extremos a la escollera (5) del puerto, se fijan por el otro al casco (1) del barco, de manera que el propio casco colabora en la delimitación del área de posibles vertidos (13). Para ello cada sector de barrera propiamente dicha (4 -4'') incorpora en su extremo de adaptación al casco (1) del barco, un flotador (7) asistido por una junta de estanqueidad (10) de apoyo sobre el casco, flotador asociado a un brazo basculante (8) que se une a cualquier punto fijo del puerto a través de una articulación rotular (9) que permite al brazo tanto desplazarse verticalmente para adecuar el flotador (7) al nivel del agua, como mantener dicho flotadoradaptado al casco del barco, frente a los movimientos de este último, mediante un medio traccionador (11) adecuado, que mantiene la junta de estanqueidad (10) presionada contra la superficie del casco, con posibilidad de deslizamiento relativo.
