Abstract

Un método para la fabricación de un material compuesto de fibras huecas rellenas que incluye las fases de extender una pluralidad de capas preimpregnadas (1) de material compuesto de fibras huecas y material de película no adhesiva (2) una sobre la otra, quedando el material de película no adhesiva interpuesto entre las sucesivas capas en zonas seleccionadas de las mismas (4), tratar las capas extendidas entrelaminadas para unir con resina las zonas de las capas no entrelaminadas (3) con el material de película no adhesiva para formar un laminado de material compuesto de fibras huecas en el que las zonas entrelaminadas permanecen sin unir entre sí, tratar las zonas de bordes (5, 6) del laminado para exponer los extremos abiertos (7) de las fibras huecas no rellenas, separar las capas en el material de película no adhesiva en las zonas entrelaminadas no unidas para proporcionar acceso a los extremos abiertos (8) de las fibras huecas en cada capa, eintroducir un material o materiales de película que tenga propiedades deseadas diferentes de las del material de fibras huecas, en el interior de las fibras huecas a través de los extremos abiertos de las fibras huecas en una o más de las capas separadas en las zonas entrelaminadas no unidas para formar un material compuesto de fibras huecas rellenas.
