Sistema de depuración de aguas residuales procedentes del procesado de la aceituna que consta de las siguientes etapas sucesivas: 1ª Etapa de homogenización de las aguas de proceso, salmueras y/o alpechines. 2ª Etapa de homogenización de la lejía de cocción y/o aguas de oxidación. 3ª Etapa de desengrase del homogenizado. 4ª Etapa de neutralización. 5ª Etapa de flotación. 6ª Etapa de filtrado en lecho de arena. 7ª Etapa de filtrado en lecho de carbón activo. 8ª Etapa de filtrado en lecho de arena. 9ª Etapa de ozonización. 10ª Etapa de desalación.
