Abstract

Método para separar el plasma de la sangre total, en el cual: a) se prepara una mezcla de sangre total, un anticoagulante sanguíneo y un diluyente en un depósito provisto de un tapón hermético, y b) la mezcla obtenida de a) pasa a través de un filtro conteniendo fibras de vidrio, caracterizado por el hecho de que una presión, la cual es inferior a la presión predominante a temperatura ambiente, prevalece en el depósito.
