Abstract

Procedimiento para la conformación de una pieza de trabajo (2) por alta presión interna dentro de una herramienta cerrada de conformación por alta presión interna (3); a este efecto, la pieza de trabajo (2) es ensanchada a causa de una alta presión interna por flúido, que es producida por un generador de presión, y la pieza se coloca a tope en las partes de moldeo de la herramienta de conformación (3); en este caso, la pieza de trabajo (2) y la herramienta de conformación (3) constituyen - dentro de las zonas de la puesta a tope - entre sí unos elementos cooperantes de fricción (2, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 34); procedimiento éste que está caracterizado porque - durante la conformación - por lo menos uno de estos elementos cooperantes de fricción (2, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 34) es puesto directamente en oscilación (23, 31) por medio de un impulsor de oscilaciones.
