Abstract

Preparado catalizador apropiado para la (co)polimerización de alqu-1-enos, obtenible mediante: a) mezclado de un complejo de metaloceno de la fórmula general I , en la que los substituyentes tienen el siguiente significado: M titanio, circonio, hafnio, vanadio, niobio o tántalo, X hidrógeno, alquilo con 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, arilo con 6 a 15 átomos de carbono, alquilarilo con 1 a 10 átomos de carbono en el resto alquilo, y 6 a 20 átomos de carbono en el resto arilo, -OR6 o -NR6R7, significando R6 y R7 alquilo con 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, arilo con 6 a 15 átomos de carbono, alquilarilo, arilalquilo, alquilo fluorado o arilo fluorado respectivamente con 1 a 10 átomos de carbono en el resto alquilo, y 6 a 20 átomos de carbono en el resto arilo, R1 a R5 hidrógeno, alquilo con 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, cicloalquilo de 5 a 7 eslabones, que puede portar por su parte un alquilo con 1 a 10 átomos de carbono como substituyente,arilo con 6 a 15 átomos de carbono o arilalquilo, pudiendo representar, en caso dado, también dos restos adyacentes conjuntamente grupos cíclicos que presentan 4 a 15 átomos de carbono, saturados o insaturados, o Si(R8)3 con R8 alquilo con 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, cicloalquilo con 3 a 10 átomos de carbono, o arilo con 6 a 15 átomos de carbono, Z representa X o , significando los restos R9 a R13 hidrógeno, alquilo con 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, cicloalquilo con 5 a 7 eslabones, que puede portar por su parte un alquilo con 1 a 10 átomos de carbono como substituyente, arilo con 6 a 15 átomos de carbono o arilalquilo, y pudiendo representar, en caso dado, también dos restos adyacentes conjuntamente grupos cíclicos que presentan 4 a 15 átomos de carbono, o Si(R14)3 con R14 alquilo con 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, arilo con 6 a 15 átomos de carbono, o cicloalquilo con 3 a 10 átomos de carbono, o formando los restos R4 y Zconjuntamente una agrupación ¿R15-A-, en la que R15 es = BR16, = AlR16, -Ge-, -Sn-, -O-, -S-, = SO, =SO2, = NR16, = CO, = PR16 o = P(O)R16, donde R16, R17 y R18 son iguales o diferentes, y significan un átomo de hidrógeno, un átomo de halógeno, un grupo alquilo con 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, un grupo alquilo fluorado con 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, un grupo arilo fluorado con 6 a 10 átomos de carbono, un grupo arilo con 6 a 10 átomos de carbono, un grupo alcoxi con 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, un grupo alquenilo con 2 a 10 átomos de carbono, un grupo arilalquilo con 7 a 40 átomos de carbono, un grupo arilalquenilo con 8 a 40 átomos de carbono, o un grupo alquilarilo con 7 a 40 átomos de carbono, o formando dos restos adyacentes un anillo respectivamente con los átomos que los unen, y M2 es silicio, germanio o estaño, A significa , con R19 alquilo con 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, arilo con 6 a 15 átomos de carbono, cicloalquilo con 3 a 10 átomos de carbono, alquilarilo, o Si(R20)3, R20 hidrógeno, alquilo con 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, arilo con 6 a 15 átomos de carbono, que puede estar substituido por su parte con grupos alquilo con 1 a 4 átomosde carbono, o cicloalquilo con 3 a 10 átomos de carbono, o formando los restos R4 y R12 conjuntamente una agrupación R15-, con un alqu-1-eno con 3 a 20 átomos de carbono en un disolvente inerte, situándose la proporción molar de complejo de metaloceno respecto a alqu-1-eno en el intervalo de 1 : 0,1 a 1 : 100, b) reacción controlada de la mezcla según a) con un compuesto que forma iones metalocenio (II), y c) dilución de la mezcla según b) con un disolvente inerte apolar, esencialmente alifático, así como, en caso dado d) aplicación del preparado catalizador según c) sobre un material soporte particular.
