Abstract

Cables (7) (e.g. electric or telephone cables) are place on the wall (9) of a building, said cables being fixed to the wall (9) by fixing means (8) in the form of a screw or the like. A modular embellisher (1) with aesthetic motives covers the cables (7) to protect them from different weather effects. Each embellisher module (1) has a profile (2) covering the cables (7) and at least two L-shaped or T-shaped profile fixing elements (3) holding said profile (2) to the screw (8). The foot (4) of the fixing element (3) of the profile is in contact with the screw (8) and comprises grooved (5) or toothed elements to prevent relative movement between the screw (8) and said element (3). The head of the element (3) is attached to the profile (2) so that reinforcements (6) ensure fixing of both components.
