Abstract

Disposición de elementos para realizar una operación secundaria en una herramienta de prensa para la formación de chapa metálica, que comprende una unidad fundamental cilindro/émbolo (1) que incluye un vástago de émbolo (1b) y un émbolo (1a) dispuestos para someter a presión un flúido funcional al cerrarse dicha herramienta de prensa para realizar una operación fundamental de formación sobre una pieza de trabajo constituida por una chapa metálica, una unidad secundaria de cilindro/émbolo (7) montada dentro de dicha herramienta de prensa, teniendo la citada unidad (7) secundaria de cilindro/émbolo un émbolo (7b) y un vástago de émbolo (7c), y el herramental necesario para llevar a efecto dicha operación secundaria montado sobre dicho vástago de émbolo (7c), comprendiendo la disposición además unos medios (2, 20, 21) para acumular dicho flúido operativo presurizado y un medio para permitir selectivamente el paso de un primer volumen de flujo de flúido funcional bajo una primera presión hasta la unidad secundaria cilindro/émbolo (7), para hacer avanzar el émbolo (7b) y el vástago de émbolo (7c) hasta que el conjunto de elementos incide con la pieza de trabajo constituida por chapa metálica sobre la cual se trata de actuar, caracterizada por la existencia de un medio que permite que fluya un segundo volumen de flúido funcional, bajo una segunda presión relativamente superior, hasta la unidad secundaria cilindro/émbolo (7), al incidir el conjunto de herramental con dicha pieza de trabajo constituida por chapa metálica, a fin de realizar la operación secundaria de formación sobre dicha pieza de trabajo.
