SE PRESENTAN UN METODO Y DISPOSITIVO PARA SUPERVISAR UN REPETIDOR DE TELEFONIA MOVIL. EL REPETIDOR ES DEL TIPO QUE COMPRENDE UN ENLACE ASCENDENTE (100) Y UN ENLACE DESCENDENTE (200) ENTRE DOS ANTENAS (1, 2), DONDE EL REPETIDOR RECIBE, AMPLIFICA Y RETRANSMITE SEÑALES ENTRE UNA ESTACION BASE Y UN TELEFONO MOVIL. SE REALIZA AUTOMATICAMENTE UNA PRUEBA DE ESTABILIDAD, DONDE UNA POSIBLE SEÑAL CONTINUA Y FUERTE, PRODUCIDA POR UNA INESTABILIDAD QUE IMPLICA UNA REALIMENTACION POSITIVA ENTRE DOS ANTENAS O POR UNA SEÑAL PERTURBADORA ES DETECTADA, CON LO QUE LA GANANCIA DE AMPLIFICACION SE AJUSTA EN RESPUESTA AL RESULTADO DE LA PRUEBA DE ESTABILIDAD. EL CRITERIO DE PRUEBA INCLUYE EL PASO DE COMPROBAR SI EL NIVEL DE LA SEÑAL DE ENTRADA EN LA CADENA DE AMPLIFICACION RESPECTIVA SUPERA UN VALOR UMBRAL DURANTE, COMO MINIMO, UNA PARTE PRINCIPAL DE UN PERIODO DE MEDICION.
