Emisor óptico para emitir señales luminosas, especialmente para activar al mismo tiempo receptores de señales luminosas existentes en una zona del espacio, con un diodo de láser (10) que irradia un rayo láser, especialmente pulsado, a través de una abertura de salida (11), y con una óptica de emisión, caracterizado porque la óptica de emisión presenta un espejo de Fresnel (12) y un espejo primario (15), y porque la abertura de salida (11) está dispuesta en el centro del espejo de Fresnel (12) orientado con sus superficies especulares (121) en la dirección de irradiación (13) del diodo de láser (10), coaxialmente a dicho espejo, y el espejo primario (15)está dispuesto en la dirección de irradiación (13)del diodo de láser (10), con la superficie especular convexa (151) orientada hacia el espejo de Fresnel (12), a cierta distancia delante de la abertura de salida (11) y coaxialmente con ésta.
