SE PRESENTA UN APARATO PARA LA LIMPIEZA DE UNA MATRIZ DE VULCANIZACION QUE COMPRENDE: UNA CAMARA DE TRATAMIENTO AL VACIO; UN ELECTRODO DISPUESTO EN LA CAMARA DE TRATAMIENTO AL VACIO; UNA FUENTE DE SUMINISTRO DE ENERGIA DE ALTA FRECUENCIA CONECTADA AL ELECTRODO Y A UNA MATRIZ DE VULCANIZACION COLOCADA EN LA CAMARA DE TRATAMIENTO AL VACIO; Y UN TUBO DE INTRODUCCION DE GAS CONECTADO A LA CAMARA DE TRATAMIENTO AL VACIO PARA LA INTRODUCCION DE UN GAS REACTIVO EN LA CAMARA DE TRATAMIENTO AL VACIO; APLICANDOSE UNA TENSION ENTRE EL ELECTRODO Y LA MATRIZ PARA GENERAR UN PLASMA DEL GAS REACTIVO INTRODUCIDO EN LA CAMARA DE TRATAMIENTO AL VACIO Y DEJANDO QUE EL PLASMA REACCIONE CON UN RESIDUO ELASTOMERICO QUE HAY PEGADO A LA SUPERFICIE DE LA MATRIZ ELIMINANDO ASI EL RESIDUO ELASTOMERICO POR CALCINACION. EL APARATO SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE INCLUYE ADEMAS UN RESONADOR DE CAVIDAD PARA MICROONDAS DISPUESTO EN EL TUBO DE INTRODUCCION DEL GAS PARA GENERAR UN PLASMA, SIENDO EL GAS REACTIVO EXCITADO MEDIANTE EL PLASMA GENERADO POR EL RESONADOR DE CAVIDAD PARA MICROONDAS E INTRODUCIDO A CONTINUACION EN LA CAMARA DE TRATAMIENTO AL VACIO. SEGUN EL APARATO Y EL PROCEDIMIENTO LLEVADO A CABO CON EL MISMO, SE PUEDE ELIMINAR COMPLETAMENTE CON EFICACIA UN RESIDUO ELASTOMERICO PEGADO A LA SUPERFICIE DE UNA MATRIZ DE VULCANIZACION MEDIANTE UNA CALCINACION DURANTE UN CORTO PERIODO DE TIEMPO UTILIZANDO MENORES CANTIDADES DE SUMINISTRO Y DE DESCARGA DE UN GAS REACTIVO.
