Armazón de soporte para paneles acristalados de una fachada de muro cortina, que comprende una estructura constituida por travesaños horizontales (3) y montantes verticales (4) constituidos por perfiles metálicos huecos (4a, 4b) que delimitan entre sí unos alvéolos de recepción (5) de los paneles acristalados (6), caracterizado porque cada perfil presenta un primera cavidad longitudinal en la cual está dispuesto un primer tabique realizado en un material aislante y que asegura una ruptura del puente térmico en la pared del perfil, y porque los perfiles (4a, 4b) de los montantes o travesaños de la estructura presentan una segunda cavidad longitudinal (13) en la cual está dispuesto por lo menos un segundo tabique (14) realizado en un material aislante, plástico, del tipo poliamida o similar, estando este segundo tabique (14) aplicado contra el panel acristalado (6) y estando constituido por un elemento hueco que presenta una primera pared (15) provista, según sus bordes laterales, de salientes de inmovilización (16) con respecto a cada uno de los perfiles metálicos respectivos de un montante o de un travesaño, apropiados para acoplarse en unas ranuras (17) respectivamente previstas en dichos perfiles y una segunda pared (18), paralela a la primera, que desborda ligeramente del perfil metálico hueco (4a, 4b) y contra la cual está destinado a aplicarse el borde del panel acristalado (6), asegurando dichos primero y segundo tabiques una ruptura del puente térmico al atravesado del perfil.1.
