Cierre para botellas (10) con un precinto de seguridad, particularmente para botellas que contienen bebidas de calidad, que comprende un conjunto vertedor (15) para su fijación al cuello (12) de una botella (11) y un tope (19) que acopla de forma amovible el conjunto vertedor (15), estando fijado al tope (19) un tapón tubular exterior (20) de modo que cubre el tope (19) y el conjunto vertedor (15), estando fijada la parte superior (26) del tapón (20) al tope (19) y estando asimismo el tapón (20) fijado al conjunto vertedor (15) con un precinto frangible, caracterizado porque comprende medios (24, 25, 27-30) para fijar el tapón (20) en el conjunto vertedor (15), de forma axial y con posibilidad de giro por medio de una parte inferior (31) del tapón (20), y porque entre dicha parte superior (26) y dicha parte inferior (31) del tapón (20) está interpuesta una banda anular frangible (32) intermedia que está integrada en dichas dos partes (26, 31) deltapón (20).
