Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种一次性防伪瓶盖组，其技术方案是：由里到外在瓶口处放置阻流球容放器、阻流球、移动式活嘴，由内盖体将其固定并与瓶颈锁定，内盖体上设防溢盖，其上加设外盖，外盖上设旋转对号圈。本实用新型识别标志显著，严谨精致、不易被仿制，且只能一次性使用，启封后，移动式活嘴可替代传统酒壶，十分便捷、卫生。

一次性防伪瓶盖组
本实用新型涉及一种防伪瓶盖。
目前，国内广泛使用的包装瓶，多采用金属螺纹盖或卡口盖密封，因防伪环节薄弱，一些不法分子为牟取暴利，千方百计收购真瓶造假货，尤其是酒类业假冒伪劣商品更为突出，不仅损害了消费者的利益和健康、破坏了生产厂家的信誉，而且造成了市场的混乱。我国专利CN2109365、CN1045249公布的防假酒瓶，在一定程度上达到了防假目的，但是在总体设计上仍存在着一些不足之处，如：在击碎瓶颈启封时的消费安全和成本问题，饮剩酒的存放密封问题等，另外上述酒瓶功能单一、不能兼作酒壶。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有多重防伪手段和缓流、防倒流装置的一次性多功能防伪瓶盖组。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案是：该一次性防伪瓶盖组，瓶口放置有阻流球容放器7、内装阻流球18，阻流球容放器7支撑移动式活嘴4，移动式活嘴4的出液管穿过内盖体3的中间孔，内盖体防脱锁键6与瓶口凸环5锁定；防溢盖2螺在内盖体3上，其中央加工有塞体、塞体伸入到移动式活嘴4的出液管中，上外盖1盖在防溢盖2上，上外盖1上设有一组彼此相扣的旋转对号圈8，每个圈的内壁上均开有数目相同、位置相应、尺寸不同的槽，上外盖防脱锁键13及下外盖锁键12的上端分别与旋转对号圈8锁定，内盖体凸环16与下外盖防脱锁键17锁定。
旋转对号圈8上设有数码或字组19等识别标志，按吉祥规则对号或对字组后，各圈内壁上的槽对位，方可完成上外盖1启封。
由上述方案设计制造的一次性防伪瓶盖组，具有以下积极效果：
1、具有新颖、独特、吉祥的显著识别标志、美观大方的装饰性，增加了瓶装的工艺性，能起到良好的促销作用；
2、具有从外到内的多层防伪手段，瓶口设有防倒流装置，以防假酒装入瓶内，内盖一旦启封便无法再次使用，起到防伪作用；
3、上外盖、防溢盖启封后，移动式活嘴可替代传流酒壶，将酒液直接斟入杯中，即倒即出、不溢不滴，十分便捷、卫生；
4、该盖组严谨精致，不易被仿造，且只能一次性使用。

图1中，1—上外盖，2—防溢盖，3—内盖体，4—移动式活嘴，5—瓶口凸环，6—内盖体防脱锁键，7—阻流球容放器，8—旋转对号圈，9、10—旋转对号圈子母扣，11—瓶颈，12—下外盖锁键，13—上外盖防脱锁键，14—瓶颈阻旋健，15—内盖体阻旋键，16—内盖体凸环，17—下外盖防脱锁键，18—阻流球，19—数码或字码。该一次性防伪瓶盖组，上外盖1上的旋转对号圈8之间通过子母扣9、10相扣接，并与上外盖防脱锁键13、下外盖锁键12以键锁定，只有当旋转对号圈8的数码或字组19以吉祥规则对应，如( )、(

)，各对号圈内壁上的槽同时一一对应后，上外盖防脱锁键13与旋转对号圈8间各锁键方能从槽中取出，上外盖1才能启封；取掉上外盖1后，露出防溢盖2，防溢盖2的中央塞体呈圆锥形、伸入移动式活嘴4的出液管内，能防止液体溢漏；旋开防溢盖2，移动式活嘴4可在内盖体3中移动，其底部加工有支撑凸，倒酒时，移动式活嘴4的出液口可伸出内盖体3，支撑凸托住阻流球18，酒液从其支撑凸之间的空隙中缓缓流出斟入酒杯中。瓶口凸环5与内盖体防脱锁键6锁定，瓶颈11下端的瓶颈阻旋键14与内盖阻旋键15凸凹相扣阻旋，内盖体凸环16与下外盖防脱锁键17锁定，该盖组可由塑料加工而成，经多处锁定以后，上外盖1可对号或对字启封，内盖启封则造成永久性破损，阻流球18可防止将酒倒回，故该盖组能有效起到防伪杜假的作用，使厂家有信心创名牌、消费者免受假酒危害。

图3所示为内盖体3与瓶颈11之间阻旋键14、15之间的锁定关系。
上述一次性防伪瓶盖组也可用于香油、酱醋等液体商品。

Claims (2)

1、一种一次性防伪瓶盖组，其特征在于瓶口放置有阻流球容放器(7)、内装阻流球(18)，阻流球容放器(7)支撑移动式活嘴(4)、其出液管穿过内盖体(3)的中间孔，内盖体防脱锁键(6)与瓶口凸环(5)锁定；防溢盖(2)盖在内盖体(3)上，其中央加工有塞体、塞体伸入移动式活嘴(4)的出液管中；上外盖(1)盖在防溢盖(2)上，上外盖(1)上设有一组彼此相扣的旋转对号圈(8)、每个圈的内壁上均开有数目相同、位置相应、尺寸不同的槽，上外盖防脱锁键(13)及下外盖锁键(12)分别与旋转对号圈(8)锁定，下外盖防脱锁键(17)与内盖体凸环(16)锁定。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一次性防伪瓶盖组，其特征在于旋转对号圈(8)上设有数码或字组。
