Abstract

Sistema de engrase automático de platos o mandrinos de garras, siendo del tipo de platos o mandrinos de garras autocentrantes para sujeción de piezas que son accionados por un cilindro giratorio de acción neumática o hidráulica, de forma que el cuerpo (1) principal del plato, presenta, en relación a la base de unión del émbolo o pistón (4) con el cilindro (20) giratorio, un tabique (6) saliente circular provisto de un rebaje perimetral con el consiguiente retén o junta (7) que cierra herméticamente sobre el cuello (8) del propio émbolo (4), definiendo interiormente el tabique (6) circular una cámara (14) para el alojamiento del lubricante introducido automáticamente por un orificio central axial del propio émbolo (4) y accediendo el lubricante a la citada cámara (14) a través de unas toberas (12) que conectan ambos, así como por un rebaje (13) que presenta el extremo distal del propio émbolo.
