Abstract

Un montaje de cojinete para un freno de un árbol de leva con un cojinete que establece un pasaje de flujo de grasa dentro del montaje de cojinete.La grada entra en una abertura formada en un lomo de la arana de freno, la cual sostiene al cojinete at ravés de un alenite de grasa que está alineadocon un primer orificio radial en el cojinete, de modo que la grasa fresca inyectada va directamente a un reservorio de grasa entre el cojinete y el árbol.Los canales de flujo provistos en la superficiein terior del cojinete guían la grasa alrededor de un segundo orificio radial que es diametrialmenteopuesto al primer orificio radial. Los medios de sellado sobre el árbol restringen el flujo de grasa axialmente desde el cojinete a lo largo delárbol.La grasa se puede purgar a través del segundo orificio radial a un espacio anular entre un extremo interior embridado del cojinete y la periferia de laabertura, desde la cual la grasa puede salir. El extremo embridado del cojinete tienelenguetas para engranar ranuras en el lomo y alinear el cojinetey prevenir la rotacion dentro de la abertura. Debido a la ubicacion simétrica de las lenguetas con los orificios radiales, el cojinete puede utilizarseen una primera posicion y girado180* para utiliza rse en una segunda posicion antes de que necesite ser reemplazado.
