EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE A PARTIR DE UN MOLDE CUYAS DOS PARTES (14 Y 16) ESTAN DISPUESTAS POR AMBAS PARTES DE UNA PLACA (20), POR EJEMPLO DE PMMA, QUE LLEVA UN ORIFICIO CENTRAL. SE DISPONE EN LA CAVIDAD CENTRAL DEL MOLDE EL MATERIAL (32) DESTINADO A CONSTITUIR LA PARTE OPTICA. SE TRATA POR EJEMPLO DE UN ACRILICO. TRAS EL DESMOLDEADO, SE MECANIZA LA PLACA (20) PARA REALIZAR EL HAPTICO Y EVENTUALMENTE LA PARTE (32) PARA REALIZAR LA LENTE.
