Abstract

Sistema evolutivo de manipulación de los artículos comprados al por menor en los almacenes de gran superficie, que utiliza carritos (11, 38, 43) equipados con ruedas pivotantes (13) y que soportan contenedores (1, 42) que sirven para transportar los artículos comprados hasta las cajas de registro con cintas de alimentación y de evacuación, y después hasta el domicilio del comprador y que sirven, también, de medios de almacenamiento, comprendiendo los citados contenedores asas de manipulación (6) y rampas de mantenimiento (10, 60) sobre los carritos, asociados a dispositivos de transferencia (41, 45) que permiten la descarga de los contenedores (1, 42) en la cinta (44) de alimentación de las cajas del almacén y la recarga de los citados contenedores (1, 42) en los carritos desde la cinta de evacuación (46) de las citadas cajas del almacén, caracterizado porque los dispositivos de descarga (41, 45) están constituidos, por una parte, por una plataforma elevadora (47) maniobrada por un sistematriangulado de geometría variable que funciona según un ciclo predeterminado y que comprende carriles de guiado (50, 51) que permiten posicionar el carrito (11, 38, 43) cargado de contenedores (42) repartidos en un piso alto (57) y un piso bajo (58) y, por otra, correas transportadoras (53), que se escamotean cuando la plataforma elevadora (47) se levanta a partir de una posición inicial baja hasta una posición alta y que se colocan debajo de las rampas (60) de los contenedores (42) del piso bajo (58), mientras que la plataforma elevadora (47) se baja suficientemente para que las rampas (60) se apoyen en las correas transportadoras (53) y se separen de los pares de brazos horizontales del carrito (43) que llevan los contenedores (42) del piso bajo (58) a la cinta de alimentación (44), bajándose a continuación la plataforma elevadora (47) hasta su posición inicial dejando los contenedores (42) del piso superior (57) apoyados en las correas transportadoras (53) a n de ser transferidos a la cinta de alimentación (44), siendo escamoteadas después las correas transportadoras (53) con miras al ciclo siguiente.
