Abstract

Aparato destornillador con una carcasa (1), un motor de accionamiento, un husillo de herramienta (8) desplazable axialmente, un acoplamiento de par de torsión (3), que conecta el motor de accionamiento y el husillo de la herramienta (8), con una primera parte de acoplamiento (4) accionada por el motor de accionamiento, montada de forma giratoria, que presenta un perfilado exterior en forma de dientes, una segunda parte de acoplamiento (6) conectada fija contra giro con el husillo de la herramienta (8) y una parte intermedia de acoplamiento (5) montada entre las dos partes de acoplamiento (4, 6), giratoria y desplazable axialmente sobre el husillo de la herramienta (8), que es desplazable, partiendo desde una posición de arrastre, por el primer elemento de acoplamiento (4) sobre la segunda parte de acoplamiento (6), hasta una posición de sobrecarga, así como levas (41, 51), que presentan superficies de flancos, entre la parte intermedia de acoplamiento (5) y la primera parte de acoplamiento (4) para el movimiento de separación de las mismas, y garras (52, 62) asociadas a los lados frontales dirigidos entre sí de la segunda parte de acoplamiento (6) y de la parte intermedia de acoplamiento (5) para el establecimiento de una conexión de arrastre giratorio entre la parte intermedia de acoplamiento (5) y la segunda parte de acoplamiento (6), así como con un tope de profundidad (2) dispuesto en la carcasa (1), desplazable paralelamente al sentido de giro, frente al cual se puede desplazar el husillo de herramienta (8) contra la fuerza de un muelle (10) en contra del sentido de giro, caracterizado porque la extensión (T2) de las levas (41, 51) medida paralelamente al sentido de giro es mayor que la extensión (T1) de las garras (52, 62) y porque entre la segunda parte de acoplamiento (6) y la parte intermedia de acoplamiento (5) está dispuesto un elemento de resorte (15), que presiona la parte intermedia de acoplamiento (5) en la posición de partida del aparato de fijación, a distancia axial de las dos partes de acoplamiento (4, 6), contra un tope (81) del husillo de la herramienta (8).
