Abstract
LAS CONSTRUCCIONES METALICAS, POR EJEMPLO ENFRIADOR O INTERCAMBIADOR TERMICO PUEDEN SER ELABORADAS DE TAL MODO, QUE SE ACOPLAN CONJUNTAMENTE LOS COMPONENTES METALICOS RECUBIERTOS CON SOLDADURA, SUMERGIENDOSE EN UNA SUSPENSION DE UN MEDIO FLUIDO Y SOLDANDOSE BAJO CALENTAMIENTO. DE FORMA ALTERNATIVA LOS COMPONENTES RECUBIERTOS DE SOLDADURA PUEDEN SER TAMBIEN CUBIERTOS CON FUNDENTE, DE TAL FORMA QUE SE ACOPLAN CONJUNTAMENTE PARA LA OBTENCION DE LA CONSTRUCCION METALICA Y SE SUELDAN BAJO CALENTAMIENTO. CON ELLO EL FUNDENTE DEBE SER APLICADO SIN EMBARGO DE FORMA FIJA DE ADHERENCIA; DE TAL MODO QUE PUEDE SER "PEGADO" POR MEDIO DE AGLOMERANTE ORGANICO O DE OTRO TIPO SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE METALICA. EN ESTOS METODOS PUEDEN GENERARSE EMISIONES O GASES DAÑINOS PARA LA SALUD MEDIANTE LA COMBUSTION DEL AGLOMERANTE DURANTE EL PROCESO DE SOLDADURA. LA PRESENTE INVENCION DA A CONOCER UN COMPONENTE METALICO, QUE SE CARACTERIZA DE TAL MODO, QUE MUESTRA UN RECUBRIMIENTO DE FUNDENTE SINTERIZADO, CON CAPACIDAD DEADHERENCIA Y LIBRE DE AGLOMERANTE. EL RECUBRIMIENTO PUEDE SER DISPERSADO SEGUN CASOS DESEADOS COMO METAL DE SOLDADURA U OTRO MATERIAL AUXILIAR. EL RECUBRIMIENTO SE APLICA DE TAL MODO QUE EL COMPONENTE METALICO SE CONTACTA CON LA SUSPENSION LIBRE DE AGLOMERANTE DEL FUNDENTE O SE RECUBRE DE FORMA SECA ELECTROSTATICAMENTE Y DESPUES DE CALIENTA, DE TAL MODO QUE SE FORMA SOBRE EL COMPONENTE METALICO UN RECUBRIMIENTO DE FUNDENTE QUE SE ADHIERE EVITANDO LA APLICACION SINTERIZADA DE FUNDICION. SE DA A CONOCER TAMBIEN LA UTILIZACION DE ESTE COMPONENTE METALICO RECUBIERTO PARA LA ELABORACION DE CONSTRUCCIONES METALICAS SOLDADAS ASI COMO CONSTRUCCIONES METALICAS QUE LO CONTIENEN.
