Abstract
Forjado unidireccional con paneles prefabricados de hormigón armado, y molde para fabricación de los paneles. El forjado unidireccional es del tipo construido mediante paneles tubulares (1) de hormigón con armaduras (5, 6, 7) de varillas, y estribos, adosándose los paneles (1) coplanariamente y efectuando ulteriormente un vertido de hormigón (10) para unión y sellado de los mismos. Los paneles tienen un núcleo (2) de poliestireno expandido como aislante térmico y acústico. Los paneles (1) prefabricados acorde con la invención, son exteriormente lisos y por tanto desprovistos de nervios y estribos externos, quedando éstos embutidos en las paredes laterales. La forma geométrica de su sección es trapecial con los ángulos inferiores truncados. Los paneles, tubulares, pueden incorporar interiormente uno o más nervios longitudinales de refuerzo, disponiéndose el núcleo de poliestireno (2) colateralmente a los mismos. El molde (11) es de chapa conformada en "U" con una parte extrema de sus ramas (14) abisagrada para permitir el desmoldeo. Sus paredes (13-14) cuentan con orificios de paso de varillas roscadas (19), pretensadas con tuercas para apoyo de las armaduras (6, 7) y evitar la flotación de los núcleos de poliestireno (2).Unidirectional slab with prefabricated reinforced concrete panels, and mold for manufacturing the panels. The tubular panels can internally incorporate one or more longitudinal reinforcement ribs, the polystyrene core (2) being arranged collaterally thereto. The mold (11) is made of "U" shaped sheet with an end part of its branches (14) hinged to allow demolding. Its walls (13-14) have threaded rod holes (19), prestressed with nuts to support the reinforcements (6, 7) and prevent the flotation of polystyrene cores (2).
