COMO INDICA SU NOMBRE, LOS DEPOSITOS TIENEN POR FINALIDAD ELIMINAR EL GAS DE LA SUSPENSION DE FIBRA (UN PRIMER MEDIO). LOS DEPOSITOS DE DESAIREACION SON GRANDES RECIPIENTES EN LOS CUALES SE INTRODUCE UNA SUSPENSION DE FIBRA QUE VA A SER ALIMENTADA A UNA MAQUINA DE FABRICACION DE PAPEL, COMO UNA MEZCLA DILUIDA. ES CONOCIDA QUE LA CONSISTENCIA FINAL DE LA PULPA QUE DEBE SUMINISTRARSE DE LA CAJA DE COMPUERTA A LA SECCION DE CABLES ES PREFERIBLEMENTE AJUSTADA FINAMENTE JUSTAMENTE ANTES DE LA CAJA DE COMPUERTA O EN RELACION CON LA MISMA.
