Abstract

Máquina para el secado de animales Se materializa en una cabina (1) de forma y dimensiones adecuada para recibir en su seno a uno o más animales, en este último caso con la incorporación en su interior de tabiques compartimentadores amovibles, cabina con una puerta frontal (2) de acceso a su interior que, al igual que sus paredes laterales está dotada de amplios sectores acristalados (3) que permiten a los animales visualizar el exterior de la misma durante su secado, rematándose superiormente la cabina (1) en un cabezal (3) que aloja un ventilador y un juego de resistencias eléctricas, tomando aire el ventilador del seno de la cabina propiamente dicha a través de una rejilla (4), y haciéndolo retornar, en ciclo cerrado, al interior de la misma a través de rejillas o salidas laterales (5). Un PLC, con un programa adecuado, controla tanto el ventilador como las resistencias, al objeto de que el caudal de aire y su temperatura sean máximos durante la fase de secado, disminuyendo progresivamente cuando el animal está casi seco, de manera que a término del ciclo operativo de la máquina, la temperatura del aire coincide con la temperatura ambiental exterior, para evitar un cambio térmico importante cuando el animal abandona la cabina.
