Abstract

Caja de engranajes con los eje de engranajes apoyados sobre rodamientos, especialmente para cajas de cambios de automóviles, en la que los rodamientos (10 y 11 o 12 y 13) están alojados en tapas de cojinetes o escudos de cojinetes (6 y 7) unidos con la caja de engranajes (2/3), que están fabricados como piezas de chapa embutidas en prensa de una o varias capas y que presentan asientos de cojinetes para los rodamientos, aberturas pasantes para los ejes de los engranajes (4 y 5) y alojamientos para los anillos de cierre del eje, caracterizada porque una de las piezas de chapa prensada está construida como una pieza ligeramente embutida y está provista con casquillos (16) en forma de manguito y con cajeras (17) en forma de cono, que forman directamente las pistas de rodadura exterior e interior (18 o 19) de los cojinetes de rodillos o de agujas (12 y 13) que trabajan junto con los ejes de engranajes (4 y 5).
