Abstract

Condensador (1) para la instalación de climatización de un vehículo automóvil, constituido por un bloque de tubos (2) aletas (3) que puede ser recorrido por un agente frigorífico y que está provisto, en ambos lados, de sendos tubos colectores (4, 5) que están subdivididos por medio de al menos un tabique (7) para formar en el condensador al menos una zona de condensación y una zona de sobreenfriamiento, estando dispuesto paralelamente a uno de los tubos colectores (4) un colector tubular (8) que está en comunicación de ujo con el tubo colector (4) por medio de aberturas (9, 10) de tal manera que una abertura (9) está unida con la zona de condensación y otra abertura (10) con la zona de sobreenfriamiento, con lo que el agente frigorífico puede entrar en el colector (8) y recorrer éste y tiene que circular entonces por un filtro (12) y por un secador (11) dispuesto en el colector (8) en una carcasa (14) que puede ser atravesada por la corriente, presentando el colector (8) una tapa soltable (13) que está fijada a un extremo de la carcasa (14) para cambiar o inspeccionar, en caso necesario, el secador (11) con el filtro (12), caracterizado porque está prevista una unión soltable directamente entre la tapa (13) y el extremo citado de la carcasa (14), teniendo la tapa (13) una cabeza (37) entre la cual y un disco tamiz móvil (44) situado en la carcasa (14) está dispuesto un muelle (43) que presiona sobre el secador (11), el otro extremo de la carcasa (14) está fijado por medio de una unión de encastre o de resorte a una jaula (15) de dicha carcasa en la que se encuentra el filtro (12), una junta (20) está dispuesta en la jaula (15) de la carcasa, que termina en la zona situada entre las aberturas (9) y (10), y entre la jaula (15) de la carcasa y el fondo (16) del colector (8) está presente una distancia despejada (A) que puede ser recorrida libremente por el medio frigoríco en su camino hacia la zona de sobreenfriamiento.
