Abstract
Un método para determinar una base de hora local de un plano de objetos vídeo codificados de forma bidireccionalmente predictiva (BVOP) en una serie de datos comprimidos para obtener un tiempo de presentación, codificándose dicha base de hora local en dos partes, siendo la primera parte un módulo de base de tiempo que indica si uno o una pluralidad de los intervalos de tiempo predeterminados se ha de añadir a una base de tiempo de referencia y siendo la segunda parte un incremento de base de tiempo, obtener la base de tiempo de referencia del plano de objetos vídeo que es el último plano de objetos vídeo intracodificados (I-VOP) o plano de objetos vídeo con codficación predictiva (PVOP), respectivamente, antes del plano de objetos vídeo codificados de forma bidireccionalmente predictiva (B-VOP) en orden de presentación, descodificar el módulo de base de tiempo del plano de objetos vídeo codicados de forma bidireccionalmente predictiva (B-VOP), descodificar el incremento de base de tiempo del plano de objetos vídeo codificados de forma bidireccionalmente predictiva (B-VOP), y determinar la base de hora local del plano de objetos vídeo codificados de forma bidireccionalmente predictiva (B-VOP) anadiendo el valor del módulo de base de tiempo descodificado y el incremento de base de tiempo a la base de tiempo de referencia.
