Abstract

Sistema de soldadura para envases de tipo blister y similares El sistema tiene como finalidad permitir la utilización de la soldadura por ultrasonidos en amplias áreas de trabajo, como por ejemplo para el cierre simultáneo de un considerable número de envases establecidos en dicho área, con una soldadura homogénea en toda la superficie de la misma, sea cual fuere su tamaño. Para ello dicho sistema se basa en la utilización de una batería de sonotrodos (1) pertenecientes a equipos de ultrasonido funcionalmente independientes entre sí, batería en la que dichos sonotrodos se disponen formando un mosaico en el que resultan considerablemente próximos entre sí, quedando separados por espacios (2) muy reducidos.
