Abstract
Molde flexible destinado a la industria alimenticia, en especial a la cocción de artículos de pastelería, susceptible de resistir un amplio intervalo de temperaturas, comprendidas entre aproximadamente -50°C y 300°C, fabricado por moldeo y mediante el uso de elastómeros constituidos por siliconas en forma de aceite reactivo (elastómero vulcanizable en frío -EVF-) o en forma de caucho (elastómero vulcanizable en caliente - EVC -) y de preferencia, en forma de polimetilsiloxanos de alto peso molecular vulcanizables de aproximadamente 150 a 160°C, caracterizado porque está constituido por una placa (1{sub, 1}, 1{sub, 2}, 1{sub, 3} y 1{sub, 4}) que presenta un espesor medio del orden de 1,5 a 2,5 mm equipada con alvéolos de moldeo (2{sub, 1}, 2{sub, 2}, 2{sub, 3} y 2{sub, 4}) uniformemente repartidos sobre una de sus caras (3{sub, 1}, 3{sub, 2}, 3{sub, 3} y 4{sub, 4}), o primera cara, sobresaliendo dichos alvéolos en la segunda cara (4{sub, 1}, 4{sub, 2}, 4{sub, 3} y 4{sub, 4}) de la placa (1{sub, 1}, 1{sub, 2}, 1{sub, 3} y 1{sub, 4}), opuesta a la primera cara, y conectados entre sí, en dicho nivel, por nervaduras de rigidización (5{sub, 1}, 5{sub, 2}, 5{sub, 3} y 5{sub, 4).Flexible mold intended for the food industry, especially for baking bakery items, capable of withstanding a wide range of temperatures, between approximately -50 ° C and 300 ° C, manufactured by molding and by using elastomers consisting of silicones in the form of reactive oil (cold vulcanizable elastomer -EVF-) or in the form of rubber (hot vulcanizable elastomer - EVC -) and preferably, in the form of vulcanizable high molecular weight polymethylsiloxanes of about 150 to 160 ° C, characterized in that it consists of a plate (1 {sub, 1}, 1 {sub, 2}, 1 {sub, 3} and 1 {sub, 4}) that has an average thickness of the order of 1.5 to 2, 5 mm equipped with molding cells (2 {sub, 1}, 2 {sub, 2}, 2 {sub, 3} and 2 {sub, 4}) evenly distributed on one of their faces (3 {sub, 1} , 3 {sub, 2}, 3 {sub, 3} and 4 {sub, 4}), or first face, said cells protruding on the second side (4 {sub, 1}, 4 {sub, 2}, 4 {sub, 3} and 4 {sub, 4} ) of the plate (1 {sub, 1}, 1 {sub, 2}, 1 {sub, 3} and 1 {sub, 4}), opposite the first side, and connected to each other, at that level, by stiffening ribs (5 {sub, 1}, 5 {sub, 2}, 5 {sub, 3} and 5 {sub, 4).
