Abstract
Método y aplicador de microondas para procesos industriales de desinsectación de grano de cereal, y cámara correspondiente. Consiste en un método por medio del que, se aplican microondas para desinsectar el grano de cereal de modo que alcanzan una alta temperatura, durante el tiempo de transcurso por una cámara en la que se aplican dichas microondas. La cámara tiene unos filtros de entrada y salida, y sendos aplicadores de microondas. El grano no se detiene en el curso por la cámara sin que el calentamiento modifique las condiciones organolépticas del grano. De aplicación en la desinsectación de granos.
