Abstract

Se presenta un procedimiento para metalizar productos cerámicos que comprende impregnar una superficie cualquiera del producto, o al menos una de sus superficies, con una composición química que contenga elementos metálicos, tal como una pintura aplicada por pulverización. Así se provee a dichas superficies con una capa de conveniente espesor que las procura gran conductividad y asegura su actuación como soporte de conducción electrolítica para permitir la electrodeposición de un recubrimiento metálico que la proteja y decore.
