Abstract

A composition of a bath for washing-rinsing mechanical parts before drying includes a cationic surfactant, nonionic surfactant and alcohol. The composition comprises anti-dry substances, cationic surfactant, non-ionic surfactant and alcohol. More specifically, the composition comprises 90-100 wt.% of Arcorol HKR (RTM: made by Zchimmer Schwartz), 0-10 wt.% of nonionic surfactant and 0-10 wt.% of alcohol. An Independent claim is also included for process of drying of mechanical part, comprising immersing the part in aqueous solution (0.05-1 wt.%, preferably 0.1-0.5 wt.%) of composition as claimed, then passing through rinsing bath (or two baths, with draining between) of demineralized water, which the part leaves at speed up to 20 mm/second, preferably 1 to 5 mm/second, and finally drying with hot air. Before the treatment in drying preparation bath, containing composition as claimed, part can be additionally pre-treated in degreasing bath, and rinsed with water.
