Abstract

Dispositivo para el prensado de productos laminares. Comprende un par de rodillos (5, 6) entre los que pasa el producto laminar, aplicando presión dichos rodillos (5, 6) sobre dicho producto, comprendiendo por lo menos uno de dichos rodillos (5) un recubrimiento antiadherente, y se caracteriza por el hecho de que dicho recubrimiento antiadherente contiene un fluoropolímero polimerizado. Dicho fluoropolímero se escoge entre perfluoroalkoxi (PFA), politetrafluoroetileno (PTFE), etilenotetrafluoroetileno (ETFE), etilenoclorotetra-fluoroetileno (ETCFE), fluoroalkoxi modificado (MFA) y etilenopropileno fluoronado (FEP). La superficie recubierta adopta las características típicas de los fluoropolímeros: alta energía superficial (antiadherencia máxima), coeficiente de fricción extremadamente bajo y resistencia a la corrosión y al ataque de productos químicos.
