DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCION, LA TEMPERATURA DE ESTERILIZACION DE LA MASA DE CACAO SE OBTIENE EXCLUSIVAMENTE POR AFLUENCIA TERMICA DEL EXTERIOR A TRAVES DE LAS PAREDES DEL EQUIPO DE ESTERILIZACION QUE RECIBE LA MASA.
