SEGUN LA INVENCION SE DETERMINA LA CAPACIDAD DE NEUTRALIZACION DE UN LUBRICANTE QUE CONTIENEN ADITIVOS DETERGENTES POR UN PROCEDIMIENTOS QUE CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR, EN UN DEPOSITO (1) ESTANCO, A TEMPERATURA CONSTANTE LAS BASES APORTADAS POR LOS ADITIVOS CONTENIDOS EN UNA PELICULA DE LUBRICANTE DE MASA CONTENIDA CON UNA CANTIDAD DETERMINADA DE UN ACIDO LIQUIDO Y EN REGISTRAR EN FUNCION DEL TIEMPO LOS VALORES DE LA PRESION EN EL INTERIOR DEL DEPOSITO (1) ESTANCO, Y EN DETERMINAR A PARTIR DE LOS VALORES REGISTRADOS DE LA PRESION, AL MENOS UNO DE LOS TRES SIGUIENTES PARAMETROS DE CARACTERIZACION: UN PLAZO DE INICIACION DE LA REACCION, UN POTENCIAL DE NEUTRALIZACION, UNA VELOCIDAD DE REACCION.
