Abstract

Transportador (1) para el transporte de piezas hacia varios puestos de trabajo, para uso en particular en la industria del automóvil para el transporte de carrocerías, motores, cajas de cambio, comprendiendo dicho transportador: un raíl de soporte y de guiado (3) dispuesto en el lugar de trabajo de tal modo que transporte los productos (2) a transportar hacia los puestos de trabajo (40), unórgano de tracción (5), soportado por el raíl (3), siendo dicho órgano tirado mediante un grupo motor (39), una pluralidad de carros (4) desplazables en el raíl y a los cuales se enganchan las piezas (2), estando provisto cada carro de dos ruedecillas (8) destinadas a rodar sobre el raíl y dos brazos (9) que soportan la carga a transportar, caracterizado porque las ruedecillas (8) del carro (4) constan de un núcleo central (13) y de una cinta exterior (12), ambos de un material compuesto y solidarizados por medios de unión por encaje (14, 15) que inmovilizan la cinta exterior respecto al núcleo central, con el fin de absorber los esfuerzos de tracción o de compresión y los choques, y de reducir así elruido, el desgasteyla lubricación de los elementos transportadores (1).
