Abstract

Mejoras introducidas en la patente de invención número P- 9400043/3, por : Sistema de filtración de partículas residuales contaminantes para humos y gases, mediante ultracongelación atomizada. Se trata de un filtro, por cuya boca de entrada pasa un fluido contaminado (gases o humos) hasta el interior, para mezclarse después con unas finas gotas de agua que salen a través de unos inyectores mezclándose después esas finas gotas de agua con un líquido criogénico, dando lugar el conjunto de todo ello a una masa en forma de granizo que se precipitará hacia abajo por gravedad. Las mejoras consisten esencialmente en la incorporación de un equipo de frío encargado de reducir la temperatura del agua a un nivel próximo al punto de congelación antes de que dicho agua fluya por lo citados inyectores. De esta manera, la energía necesaria para solidificar este agua difuminada junto con los elementos contaminantes en forma de granizo será menor y por lo tanto, el consumo del líquido criogénico correspondiente también será menor, consiguiéndose con todo ello un importante ahorro económico en el filtrado.
