REGULADOR DE CONEXION DE AMPLIFICADORES PARA EMPLEAR EN UN SISTEMA DE TRANSMISION POR CABLE "HEADEND" (RECEPTOR-DISTRIBUIDOR DE SEÑALES) QUE DISPONE DE AMPLIFICADORES PRIMERO Y SEGUNDO, ASI COMO DE PISTAS DE ENTRADA Y DE SALIDA DE LOS AMPLIFICADORES CONECTADAS A UNO DE LOS AMPLIFICADORES PRIMERO Y SEGUNDO, QUE SE CONVIERTE EN EL AMPLIFICADOR ACTIVADO EN EL MOMENTO. EL REGULADOR DE CONEXION DE AMPLIFICADORES COMPRENDE UN SELECTOR DE ENTRADA PARA TOMAR MUESTRAS DE UNA SEÑAL COMBINADA EN LA PISTA DE LA SEÑAL DE ENTRADA Y PARA MEDIR EL NIVEL DE LA SEÑAL DE ENTRADA. EL REGULADOR CONTIENE TAMBIEN UN SELECTOR DE SALIDA PARA TOMAR MUESTRAS DE LA SEÑAL COMBINADA AMPLIFICADA EN LA PISTA DE LA SEÑAL DE SALIDA, ASI COMO PARA MEDIR EL NIVEL DE LA SEÑAL DE SALIDA. UN MEDIO PROGRAMADOR RECIBE LOS NIVELES DE LAS SEÑALES DE ENTRADA Y SALIDA Y DETERMINA SI EL AMPLIFICADOR ACTIVADO EN AQUEL MOMENTO FUNCIONA O NO ADECUADAMENTE. SI NO FUNCIONA ADECUADAMENTE, EL MEDIO PROGRAMADOR GENERA UNA SEÑAL DE CONTROL PARAUN INTERRUPTOR Y EN RESPUESTA A LAS SEÑALES DE CONTROL, EL INTERRUPTOR DESCONECTA LAS PISTAS DE SEÑALES DE ENTRADA Y DE SALIDA PROCEDENTES DEL AMPLIFICADOR QUE ESTA ACTIVADO EN EL MOMENTO Y CONECTA CADA UNA DE LAS PISTAS DE LAS SEÑALES DE ENTRADA Y DE SALIDA A OTRO DE LOS AMPLIFICADORES PRIMERO Y SEGUNDO.
